Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Each piece is packed by hand, double-boxed, and wrapped in plenty of padding. Orders ship within 10 business days by UPS or USPS with tracking. Pieces over $150 are insured for their full value, and orders over $500 require a signature on delivery. We currently ship within the US, and free local pickup is available in Logan, Utah.

Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, email photos of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and please keep the box. We'll refund the full purchase price. You won't pay anything to resolve a damaged order.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return a piece in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first. You'll pay the return shipping, and we recommend insuring the package. Once the piece arrives back safely, we'll refund the item price. Custom, commissioned, and personalized pieces are final sale.

Care

Wood is a natural material, so color, grain, and small checks can change over time. Keep pieces out of direct sun and away from heat and moisture, and dust with a soft, dry cloth. Decorative pieces are not food-safe unless noted.
